Essential Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* A current and valid Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
* First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Ability to create personalized, fun, and educational programs
* Strong teamwork skills and a desire to build supportive, inclusive relationships
* Experience in early childhood settings and commitment to continuous development
* Familiarity with documentation software and communication tools
