Are you ready to make a real difference? We're looking for a vibrant and driven Recruitment Partner to help our participants in the Disability Employment Services (DES) program find their perfect job matches.

**Description**:
What's Involved
**Your key missions**:

- Build Your Network: Engage with the community and local businesses to build a robust pipeline of job opportunities
- Business Development Whiz: Discover new and exciting employment opportunities and get to know the local job market inside out
- Relationship Builder: Develop strong connections with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their needs and help them get job-ready
- Guide & Support: Conduct appointments, identify and tackle barriers, and create tailored plans to help customers on their job search journey
- Track & Achieve: Keep track of progress, set milestones, and hit your performance targets by turning leads into successful placements
- Communicate with Flair: Deliver timely and effective communication and post-placement care to both employers and customers

**Skills and Experiences**:
**A Little About You**:

- High level of computer literacy and a knack for using tech to streamline processes
- Stay calm and upbeat even in challenging situations
- Work well with a team and create a positive work environment
- Use your initiative to find solutions and understand the key factors that drive successful job placements
- Foster genuine, positive relationships and be an inspiring motivator
- A valid open car driver's license

Experience & Skills
- Experience in target-based and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts and guidelines is a plus but not essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining accountability
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong employer relationships and identify key decision-makers
