Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to join our growing hospitality team. As a Hospitality All Rounder, you will be part of a dynamic mix of services including food and beverage, gaming, functions and events, traditional pub trade, cafe and bottle shop.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, thrive in a team environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining a safe and clean working area
* Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience
Requirements:
* Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
* Availability for rostered shifts (days, nights, weekends)
* A positive attitude and friendly disposition
* Self-motivation and a well-presented appearance
* Great communication and problem-solving skills
