An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Office/Sales Administrator to join an established Managed Services provider located in Melrose Park.

This part-time role will see you be the Jack or Jill of all trades. Sales administration, reception, basic bookkeeping functions and general office admin. You can do it all!

This is an autonomous role, so there is a lot of space to make this your own, we welcome someone who is able to streamline process and procedure, and be a part of rebuilding the scope of the position.

As the business grows and the function gets bigger, the hours can also increase as you wish.

Tasks include Basic bookkeeping; meaning Accounts Payable/Receivable, Raising Purchase orders, ordering. Quoting and invoicing as well as general office admin and basic reception.

We are looking for someone who is friendly nature, organised and highly resourceful. You love a challenge and enjoy building great working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Career experience in a similar or related role (reception, admin, EA, PA, office manager) would be highly favoured
- Can work autonomously with little supervision with high attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Advanced computer literacy and word processing skills using MS Office suite.
- Exemplary personal presentation and a high level of communication skills both written

Overarching all of this, we are looking for someone balanced, has a practical mindset and gets things done.
