About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with customers and sales in an office environment, and possess strong decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills. They will also have demonstrated planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage changing customer requirements.
This is a full-time position working from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer enquiries and sales support over the phone and at the front counter
* Accurate and timely quoting and follow-up
* Entering sales data accurately into the sales management system
* General administration as required, including management of cash sale payments and prepayment of accounts
* CRM data entry and allocation of credit notes
* Despatch coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an office environment
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems
