We are hiring for an Assistant Venue Manager to be at the heart of the action, leading the team, supporting the Venue Manager, keeping energy high and standards even higher. You’ll help deliver our renowned guest experience and share the CHI in everything you do. From daily operations and rostering to KPI management and team development, you’ll play a key role in the success of one of our most iconic venues.
Yo-Chi Sunshine Plaza is always buzzing and this will be where you’ll work alongside a passionate team, feel empowered by strong leadership, and help spread the CHI every shift.
We’re looking for leaders who:
Have leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR preferred).
