Risk Management Expert
We're seeking a highly motivated Risk Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective management and improvement of our GRC processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the administration of the GRC system, including managing change requests, system updates, and refreshes.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to maintain and enhance the GRC system, driving improvements to support effective usage and adoption.
* Distill business requirements into technical specifications, implementing solutions to drive efficiency and simplicity from the GRC system.
* Manage data integrity, generating quality assurance reporting for data management, and informing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist with monitoring and tracking risk actions and key risk indicators on a quarterly basis, preparing appropriate reporting.
* Facilitate the collation of information for management reports, executive reports, and the board audit and risk committee within agreed timeframes.
* Develop an annual schedule of all reporting requirements and activities, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
* Develop and maintain procedural documents and user guides.
* Conduct system training for business stakeholders and provide first-line user support.
* Provide administration and coordination support to the Risk team, including coordination of workshops, meetings, and training sessions, administration of intranet pages, and collaboration tools.
* Support risk projects and other ad hoc activities as required.
