Financial Planning Leader
The role of Financial Planning Leader involves overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and accelerate business growth. This pivotal position is responsible for leading the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial modelling.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics aligned with corporate goals.
* Managing and mentoring a team, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CA, or CFA accreditation preferred.
* Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Proven track record in a leadership or senior analyst role, ideally within a corporate or consulting environment.
The ideal candidate will present strong analytical expertise and leadership capabilities, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. They will be able to develop and/or manage complex financial models, demonstrate strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
