THE NON-NEGOTIABLES
* Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights
* Current RSA (SA)
* Basic Gaming Certificate (SA)
* Availability for afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
* Willingness to obtain Responsible Person Badge and Advanced Gaming Certificate
* Strong understanding of responsible service and compliance

ABOUT THE JOB
This is a casual role offering 15–35 hours per week, primarily across afternoon and night shifts.
You'll be working across the gaming room and supporting broader service areas to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Your role will include:
* Providing professional and attentive service within the gaming room
* Maintaining gaming areas, furniture, and equipment to required standards
* Ensuring venue ambience including lighting, music, and cleanliness is on point
* Supporting food and beverage service where required
* Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
* Operating gaming terminals and supporting customer enquiries
* Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
* Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
* Supporting upselling and contributing to venue performance
* Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
* Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
* Supporting the team with general duties as required
This is a hands‐on role where professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.
