SDR Team Manager
Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‐million dollar pipeline, and develop a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
* Lead inbound and outbound sales development operations.
* Manage team recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health metrics.
* Develop and implement outbound strategies and processes.
* Use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Excellent academic results at school and university.
* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
* Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology.
* Track record of achieving outstanding outbound sales development results.
* Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific.
* Creative problem solving and cross‐team collaboration.
* Leadership experience in any capacity.
* Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
