Overview
We are looking for a highly organised individual to join the IvyStreet Client Services and Delivery team.
In this Account Executive/Junior AM role, you\'ll need excellent attention to detail, time management skills and a can-do positive attitude. This role would suit someone with a few years experience (in a creative agency, marketing role or similar) and would be perfect for a junior Client Service person looking to take the next step. Basic digital project management knowledge is a must. Working as part of the Client Services and Delivery team, you will be accountable for delivering projects on time and on budget, working with internal departments and clients.
A natural and effective communicator and highly organised, you will be confident in presenting project delivery components to stakeholders and have the confidence and understanding to talk about project delivery, budget and scheduling issues and provide feedback to ensure we deliver on time and on budget across multiple channels and clients.
Accountabilities
* Plan and schedule tasks and projects in collaboration with Clients and internal teams
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
* Working closely with the internal web team, project managing all web tasks and projects as well as being responsible for planning and managing all web workflow with our web developers
* Stakeholder management will be key as you'll be a conduit between all departments, liaising directly with Clients on some projects
* Support the Senior Account Director and wider Client Service team with projects across our diverse suite of Clients
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is well regarded as well as the following experience:
* 2 years minimum experience, preferably in a creative agency/marketing role
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Basic understanding of creative and production at the project management level
* Ability to manage minor web projects and tasks with confidence (mostly Wordpress development)
* Able to proficiently use project management software (we use Click Up).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (big and small) and meet deadlines
