Your role:
Oversee onshore delivery capability of approximately 35, including Service Delivery Managers, Project & Program Managers and Delivery Executives, with support from large offshore capability of several hundred. You are already based in Sydney or Melbourne.
1. Implement contextualized solutions and services to address industry specificities and IT enabled outcomes
2. Lead industrialised delivery: provide operational excellence through Lean, AI enabled IT to Business automation, resilient ADM services
3. Implement embedded innovation: apply a holistic approach enabling top down and bottom up innovation via Capgemini's innovation ecosystem and Applied Innovation Exchange labs
4. Apply intelligent analytics of operational and business data to unlock process performance and efficiencies. Oversee insights and data driven transformation and move to Cloud.
5. Apply scaled Agile and DevOps models for product enabled ADM services.
Your profile:
1. 15+ years of Delivery/Program Management experience
2. Experience of delivering business outcome-based engagements
3. Accountable for driving the engagement to time, cost and quality objectives, meeting internal and external measures of success including financial performance, growth and client satisfaction
4. Management and co-ordination of all Capgemini engagement resources and activities both at the client site and in Capgemini offshore delivery centres
5. Act as a single point of contact within the customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving of issues arising from delivery-related account activities
6. Accountable for the overall successful performance across a portfolio of clients and engagements
7. Accountable for overall quality assurance, risks and issue management and ensuring the integrity of systems and processes delivered
