About the Opportunity
This role is a key position within our retail operations, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our fresh produce department.
You will be accountable for maintaining exceptional standards in store presentation, customer experience, and team member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control requirements, and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate inventory management, stock rotation, waste reduction, and quality control practices.
* Drive a culture of teamwork, celebrating individual and team successes, and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
* Develop and implement strategies to delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
Requirements
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct leadership experience.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and development skills to lead, motivate, and empower your team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.
* Able to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment with changing priorities and demands.
