As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality sport and recreation programs/activities for individuals and groups. Your focus will be on continuous improvement to community-based programs while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
* Safely facilitate high-quality sport and recreation activities and programs for individuals and groups in accordance with venue protocols.
* Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of a broad range of community-based programs and initiatives as required, aimed at increasing participation in sport and recreation programs among Queenslanders.
* Adhere to risk management practices associated with providing sport and recreation activities to Venue clients.
* Support the implementation of, and adherence to, activity-specific policies and procedures for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of programs and activities.
* Comply with workplace health and safety requirements, industry regulations, and standards, as well as the statewide program framework.
* Foster the delivery of exceptional standards of client service and relationship management within the Venue and local community.
* Ensure accompanying teachers/group leaders have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities while conducting activities at the Venue.
* Pursue administrative and program-related duties as needed.
