About the Role
As a Visitor Experience Officer, you will play an important part in creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the friendly face of our attractions, welcoming visitors, answering enquiries, providing information about Nature Parks and Phillip Island, and promoting our commitment to conservation, eco‐tourism, and sustainability.
This role suits someone who is passionate about wildlife and conservation, confident engaging with visitors, and skilled at delivering warm, memorable service that brings our stories and conservation work to life.

The Benefits
* Part time Permanent position
* Scale 1 hourly rate - $32.91 inclusive of hourly allowance for 7‐day roster (Mon to Sun) & public holidays
* Minimum of 20 hours per fortnight

Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in cleaning and presentation of values, including ground services and gardens.
* Experience in inventory control.
* Capable computer and data entry skills.
* Well-developed organisational skills including time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
* Ability to lead a team.

* Drivers Licence
* First Aid Level II and CPR
* Evidence of work right status in Australia
