About the Role
* Prepare, liaise, evaluate, and deliver quotes from house, unit, or apartment plans.
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
* Submit tenders and build key relationships with clients.
* Investigate and resolve issues within a 48-hour turnaround.
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in customer service and administration roles, preferably within the building industry.
* Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
* Estimating experience is considered advantageous.
