The Role:
* Conducting & running open homes
* Liaising with tenants
* Processing rental applications
* Ingoings & outgoings – you will provide support to the property management team
* Conducting Open Homes
* Diary Management
* Prepare properties for online advertising
* Preparing leases and lease packs
* Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
* All training provided (real estate experience is advantageous)
* A Car, Drivers License & Certificate of Registration
* We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* The ability to provide a high level of service
* Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
