Be the 'New Sales & Business Development Lead' and play an instrumental role in the next phase of growth at an exciting, fast-growing cookie company on the Gold Coast

Gold Coast Cookies sells the best filled and loaded cookies for wholesale in Australia. We started with a small apartment kitchen in February 2020, and in just over 5 years, they are now found in over 1,500 cafes and venues nationwide throughout Australia. We have an ambitious strategy that starts with a confident and driven salesperson to help the business reach its full potential.

We're looking for someone to identify new business opportunities, handle inbound leads, and convert them into long-term wholesale customers for our Account Management team to nurture.

The right person must own all aspects of New Business Development, implementing strategies to engage new customers and drive overall volume for the business. They will have great Time Management, Communication, and Computer System Skills.

The successful applicant must be:

* Willing to be coached to apply our sales framework to their current technique
* Fine to have their calls recorded for feedback and training purposes
* Be driven to achieve and meet expectations for daily outbound calls targets
* Prepared to do cold calls, in-person visits, tradeshows, and corporate meetings whenever the need arises

* Sales execution from previous roles
* Proficient in using CRM software, email, Excel, and phone recording apps
* Self-driven work ethic and passion to deliver outcomes
* Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and time management
* Entrepreneurial attitude to business improvements and novel strategies

Remuneration:

* This position offers a unique opportunity for the right person to drive amazing personal outcomes with a base salary + commission remuneration structure to ensure they are focused on executing the role as if it were their own business.
