About the Role
Based at our Bayswater head office you will be the pillar of our sales operations-ensuring smooth coordination across departments, accurate order processing, and timely support for both internal stakeholders and customers. Working closely with our commercial sales teams and operations, you will ensure quotes, order processing and communications are qualified, timely, and always exceed our customer expectations.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and email queries, providing information on pricing, stock availability and order tracking.
- Accurately process customer sales orders.
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documents.
- Processing samples.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, tracking sales activities, and updating the CRM system.
- Investigate and resolve order queries.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years demonstrated sales administration or account management experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience using a CRM and ERP.
- A customer centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to your work, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
