Kanda is seeking dedicated team members to provide meaningful support to people with disabilities. In this role, you will:
* Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
* Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
* Working with Children check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
* Valid unrestricted drivers licence and reliable vehicle
* Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
* Experience supporting people with mental health disabilities or challenging behaviors
* Experience assisting clients within all personal care, manual handling, community access
* Holding Medication and Manual Handling certificates
