We're looking for a highly capable Executive Officer to support our Chief Operating Officer and two General Managers. This is a fast‐paced, high‐trust role where you'll be at the centre of decision‐making, coordination and delivery across BHN.

What you'll be doing
* Provide proactive, high‐level support to the COO and General Managers
* Manage complex diaries, priorities and competing demands
* Coordinate meetings end‐to‐end (agendas, papers, minutes, actions)
* Prepare high‐quality reports, briefings and presentations
* Manage correspondence and act as a key point of contact
* Track actions, deadlines and key deliverables across priorities
* Assist with coordination and reporting of executive‐led projects
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
