Leadership Opportunity in Workshop Management
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our high-performing team at Gemini Port Kennedy. As a key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring repair methods align with estimates and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Workshop Operations: Oversee daily workshop activities, ensure efficient use of resources, and maintain a safe working environment
* Team Leadership: Support and guide technicians and workshop staff, provide guidance on repair methods and quality standards
* Communication: Liaise with Estimators and other departments to coordinate repairs and meet deadlines
* Quality Control: Ensure adherence to repair methods and high-quality standards, identify areas for improvement
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar Workshop or Production Manager role
* Skills: Strong knowledge of panel repair processes and production management, excellent communication and leadership skills
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
