Martech Product Manager
Location & Work Model
Surry Hills and Norwest offices with hybrid working (3 days in the office).
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the MarTech and Personalization platforms, delivering engaging and hyper‐personalised digital experiences across the end‐to‐end customer lifecycle.
* Lead the end‐to‐end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
* Prioritise and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer value.
* Work closely with vendors to inform strategy and roadmap that is aligned with overall business objectives.
* Advocate for customer‐centric design, prioritising usability and accessibility, and utilise customer data for data‐driven segmentation and decision‐making.
* Implement predictive analytics (e.g., lead scoring) to drive more relevant and engaging marketing campaigns.
* Define and track key metrics to measure the success and growth of BIG W online, optimising product features and platform performance to drive business outcomes.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and differentiation.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in product management within an e‐commerce environment, ideally with direct experience in martech platforms such as Insider, Braze, etc.
* Experience integrating AI‐powered marketing automation and machine learning to optimise campaigns and automate complex processes.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; stakeholder management experience.
* Out‐of‐the‐box thinking and solution‐oriented mindset.
