Marketing Assistant / All-Rounder

We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant / All-Rounder to support our growing business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is keen to grow their marketing skills in a practical, real-world environment.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the business owner, you will assist with day-to-day marketing activities and general support tasks, including:
* Assisting with social media content (posting, captions, basic scheduling)
* Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
* Creating basic marketing materials (flyers, EDMs, simple graphics)
* Updating website content and product information
* Liaising with external suppliers (designers, printers, agencies)
* Helping with general admin and ad-hoc business tasks as required
About You
You are reliable, proactive, and comfortable juggling different tasks. You don't need to be a senior marketer, but you should have a genuine interest in marketing and business.
Ideal skills and experience:
* Basic understanding of marketing and social media platforms
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable using Canva, social platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Prior marketing, admin, or assistant experience is an advantage
