About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to locate, diagnose and report on leaks using industry-leading equipment while delivering exceptional service to customers and insurance partners.
You will be fully supported by a leadership and administration team, including supervisors, directors, office management and the scheduling team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Locating water, sewer and stormwater leaks internally and externally
* Using thermal imaging, moisture detection and other diagnostic tools
* Completing accurate leak detection reports with photos and clear findings
* Working within insurance job scopes, budgets and procedural guidelines
* Communicating effectively with customers, insurers and internal teams
* Following WHS requirements and maintaining safe work practices
* Managing daily workload and attending jobs independently
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven plumbing experience, with leak detection background highly desirable
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail with accurate reporting skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time well
* Current Plumbing Licence & Driver's Licence
* Highly favourable if you also have experience with acoustic and gas tracing
