Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper
As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for managing transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. Your key responsibilities will include processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as well as undertaking periodic bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
You will also be required to prepare supporting workpapers in Excel, assist with management reporting, and liaise with clients on their queries. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in bookkeeping or accounts, knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide exceptional client service.
