Requirements
* 5+ years experience within the racking or shelving industry.
* Demonstrated success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios.
* Experience in sales leadership within the racking or shelving industry (preferred but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of retail and industrial sectors, with insight into automation project environments.
* Target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
* Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
* Existing network within major retailers (e.g. Coles, Costco, Woolworths, ALDI).
