Job Description
* Champion our aged debt strategy — chasing down overdue payments with tact and professionalism.
* Keep customer relationships strong by following up on outstanding balances and queries with care and efficiency.
* Be the go-to for our accounts inbox, fielding customer questions and capturing accurate information in our systems.
* Manage end-to-end receivables — from receipting payments to issuing credit notes when needed.
* Support billing cycles with consolidated monthly billing spreadsheets for key accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams (like Sales and Support) to ensure we're aligned and delivering a seamless customer experience.
* Dig into disputes, troubleshoot issues, and proactively manage risks around bad debt.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across finance systems, controls, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a polite, tactful, and firm manner.
* Confidence, professionalism, and perseverance.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
* Resilience and drive to deliver brilliant service.
* Questioning approach and use of own initiative.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage their own workload, prioritise and work well under pressure.
