Key Responsibilities
* Close the Gaps: Identify and resolve critical training and safety gaps across transport operations.
* Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to NHVR legislation, Chain of Responsibility, and risk management frameworks.
* Optimise & Innovate: Streamline processes, improve fleet utilisation, and reduce inefficiencies.
* Lead Boldly: Operate independently, drive transformation, and set new benchmarks.
* Influence & Align: Collaborate with stakeholders nationwide to deliver operational excellence.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in national transport operations (mining, logistics, or cranes preferred).
* In-depth knowledge of NHVR regulations and transport legislation.
* A strong track record of driving change and delivering results.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A collaborative, culturally aware mindset with flexibility to adapt.
