**Machine Operator / Production Operator - Prestons**

**What will you do?**
Working in the factory, you will be working in either the stores or production sections. You will be working across various machines and getting training and facilitation in different departments. Some of your role may encompass:
- Machine Operation - various steel manufacturing using machines such as roll-formers
- Factory hand and general maintenance
- Crane operating (once trained)
- Measuring and cutting of steel
- Pick/packing goods and readying for despatch
**Who are you?**
You will be someone who may of come from a previous background in heavy industrial or manufacturing. You will be familiar or comfortable working with materials such as steel or sheet-metal, or willing to learn. Along with this, you may also have the following experience:
- Previous experience working in heavy industrial environment
- Exposure or experience as a machine operator
- Previous experience with roll-formers (desired)
- Strong attendance and reliable transport
- Forklift licensed (desired)
- Willingness to work continuously and moving into a permanent role
