About the Role
As the Admin/Assistant Accounts Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client's office runs smoothly. You’ll assist with general admin, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, social media and other ad hoc tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and payments
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Assist with payroll and employee expense claims
* Respond to customer and client queries
* Provide general administrative support to the team
* Assist with social media
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an admin/office/accounts role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A team player with a proactive attitude
Qualifications:
* Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field (or currently studying) desirable
* Full working rights in Australia
