Join EBMX Worldwide as a Junior / Graduate Electronic Engineer to design, test, and improve high-performance electric vehicle systems in Tasmania.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with the design, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and components.
Support hardware integration across controllers, motors, batteries, and sensors.
Work with senior engineers on schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and validation.
Contribute to prototype builds, test setups, and diagnostic testing on and off the e‑moto platform.
Use test tools and software to check and analyse performance of developed hardware in real‑world use.
Help refine EV system architecture, including BMS and motor controller connectivity.
Use tools like Python or embedded scripts for data collection and performance testing.
About You
The company is looking for:
Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Solid understanding of electronic fundamentals — circuits, sensors, power systems, and PCB design.
Experience or solid interest in EV projects, robotics, or electric motorcycles.
Basic familiarity with microcontrollers (STM32 or similar) and embedded systems.
Understanding or curiosity about BMS, battery systems, and motor control principles.
Hands‑on problem‑solving ability and enthusiasm for testing hardware in practical environments.
