About the Role
We're seeking a talented and motivated Oral Health Therapist (OHT)/Hygienist to join our team. Working closely with and supporting our Orthodontist, you'll also have opportunities to work independently when the Doctor is offsite. This role offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.
Responsibilities
* Preparing patients for braces-on and braces-off appointments.
* Performing adjustments and providing orthodontic appliance instructions.
* Conducting 3D scanning and assisting with the issue of clear aligners and bonding attachments.
Qualifications
* A qualification as an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist, with registration through AHPRA.
* Confidence to work autonomously if doctor is off site
* A strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and initiative.
* Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
* A willingness to learn and embrace modern technology.
