ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable /Administrator to join our friendly office team in our Malaga Head Office, liaising with not only WA staff but our NSW and QLD branches as well.
The role offers variety and as a progressive company, we value and welcome employees who can offer input and contribute to the company’s growth as they too develop and grow their role within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but not limited to:
* Accounts Payable
* Payroll
* Maintaining training records & registers
* Compiling and electronic filing of Job Paperwork (JSA, inductions etc
* Providing backup to other members of the admin team as required
* General administrative duties, as required
ABOUT YOU
* MYOB experience highly desirable
* Proficient in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude
* Good Communication skills
