Our client is an Australian company with an amazing portfolio of consumable medical products, used throughout Australian hospitals and clinics. They are well established in Australia and work across Anaesthetics, Emergency and the Operating Theatre. The primary purpose of this role is to broaden market penetration and increase the sale and use of the company's products and services across NSW.
**About the Role**
- The position is for an experienced Hospital Account Manager
- Building strong working relationships with customers
- Identifying, developing & implementing a strategic plan for the state
- Monitoring & reporting all key performance indicators
- Retaining all existing accounts
- Sourcing & securing new accounts in the state
- Meeting budget requirements for sales, revenue, and costs.
- Managing tenders and hospital accounts providing a high level of service
**The Successful Applicant**
- Experienced medical sales experience in the NSW Hospital System
- Hungry, competitive & energetic
- Driven by hitting targets and making commission
- Strong planning & business acumen
- Needs to be a 'hunter' as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
