Job Description:
We're seeking a dedicated professional to provide case management, AOD counselling, and facilitate group programs that empower clients in their recovery.

* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
* Strong understanding of clinical practices and frameworks
* High-level record keeping and report writing skills
* Experience in risk supervision and managing complex or dual diagnosis behaviours
* Creative thinking and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes
* Calm, mature, and resilient demeanour, especially in high-stress situations
* Emotional maturity and self-awareness, with a willingness to seek support when needed
