Our industry leading Banking & Finance team in Sydney operates within our broader Corporate & Capital Markets line of business.

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our real estate finance team.
You will be working on a broad range of real estate debt and equity capital matters including:
* Real estate debt transactions, including large syndicated financing transactions, development finance and private credit transactions (including traditional senior debt, unitranche, mezzanine debt, A/B loans and others);
* Real estate capital transactions, such as joint ventures, investment partnerships, development partnerships and establishment of debt funds and funding platforms.
You will enjoy a fascinating variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team.
About You
We welcome applications from lawyers who have:
* 6+ years' experience in real estate finance and/or real estate capital transactions, gained within a reputable commercial law firm or professional services firm;
* Strong technical drafting and communication skills;
* Ability to assist clients with making difficult decisions;
* A client focused mindset, a responsive manner and a demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry contacts;
* A team player attitude, a collaborative method and collegial style, and the ability to mentor more junior lawyers in the group.
