Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Child and Family Care team as an Administrative Support Specialist.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Providing administrative assistance to the General Manager of Child and Family Care.
* Coordinating travel, accommodation, vehicle, and meeting room bookings.
* Compiling and preparing data reports.
* Servicing child and family care projects.
* Recording minutes for child and family care meetings.
* Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and printing.
To be successful in this role, you must have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
You will also need:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work under minimal supervision with the capacity to exercise initiative in the application of work processes and procedures and establish objectives and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Business or Administration (highly desirable).
* Demonstrated experience providing support at an executive level (desirable).
* Positive Notice Working with Children (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or the ability to obtain.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
