We are seeking an accomplished Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and reconciliation in Xero, MYOB, and QBO software
* Processing invoices via Hubdoc and integrating with accounting systems
* Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with GST requirements
* Managing payroll, STP lodgement, and super payments
* Preparing and lodging monthly IAS/BAS or quarterly BAS statements
* Leveraging XPM, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and other platforms to streamline processes
* Attending networking events and meetings to promote business growth
* Assisting with document creation for HR and administrative tasks
