ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and quick learner to join our Administration Team at our Rockhampton branch (4700). This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) offering stability and variety.
Attention to detail, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential. Ready to bring energy and precision to a fast-paced team?
What you will do:
* Deliver exceptional service – Engage with customers and buyers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day.
* Keep things moving – Manage incoming mail, coordinate couriers, handle data entry, and ensure office supplies are stocked and ready.
* Manage asset movements — Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse
* Coordinate asset logistics — Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of vehicles
* Own the details – Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time.
* Exceed expectations – Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, precise support that meets their needs.
* Be the backbone – Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless admin support
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
