Subsurface Leadership Opportunity
As a Subsurface Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the corporate reservoir and petroleum engineering function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers and work on complex technical challenges while guiding and mentoring others.
The successful candidate will have more than 10 years of direct reservoir engineering experience, primarily in CSG, with a deep understanding of reservoir behaviour, coal properties, and production performance.
Key responsibilities will include delivering reservoir engineering input for development planning, asset characterisation, and performance analysis, as well as conducting pressure transient analysis and other diagnostic studies.
You will also be responsible for leading performance monitoring, production surveillance, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, contributing technical input into drilling, production, and infrastructure investment planning, and quantifying and communicating technical uncertainties and risks in support of development strategies.
In addition, you will provide leadership, guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance to other engineers in the team.
* Deliver high-quality reservoir engineering input for development planning and performance analysis
* Conduct pressure transient analysis and diagnostic studies to inform development strategies
