Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural.
* Deep expertise in governance, assurance, risk management, and Asset Integrity.
* Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing technical engineering teams.
* Experience in Asset or Operational Engineering/Maintenance is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of Asset Management, strategy development, maintenance planning, reliability, or production processes.
