About the Opportunity

Australian Agribusiness is currently seeking a permanent full time Branch Manager to manage our Tullamarine store. The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales and margin budgets for the location through selection and focus on customers that represent the greatest growth potential for our business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

- Managing all functions, costs and deliverables associated with the branch.

- Assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

- Developing branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development and performance management.

- Supporting the implementation of the company’s marketing plan and strategic objectives.

- Being responsible for the constant review of customer portfolio to ensure optimal mix of growth, new, reactivate, and keep customers, to ensure targets are met.

- Preparing sales proposals and presentations.

- Utilising of CRM as a “go to” source for all things relevant to the customer.

- Continually tracking and analysing competitive trends and their marketplace implications.

- Providing accurate, relevant and timely information & analysis that will empower the brand to address key issues and opportunities.

About You

You will have:

- Proven experience growing market-share

- Proven experience leading teams and driving results

- Relevant industry experience highly regarded – however trade distribution experience will also be considered

- Proven track record of customer engagement and development with emphasis on external selling

- A current Drivers Licence

- Experience with Sales and CRM systems – with the ability to generate and analyse data to make informed decisions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
