Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to ensure seamless customer service and assistance to our operational staff. This role is office based at our depot and Ballarat Botanical Gardens.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate in Business Administration or experience in an administrative role in an office environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Work within an ever-changing environment.
* Great communication skills and confidence to communicate via face-to-face or via telephone.
* Demonstrated experience in wide range of Windows-based databases.
* Minute taking experience.
