BIG4 Anglesea and BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Parks are two of Victoria’s most loved coastal destinations, located along the beautiful Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula. Each year we welcome thousands of guests seeking memorable family holidays and coastal escapes.
We are seeking a creative, organised and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing and brand presence across both parks.
The role manages digital campaigns, creates engaging content, drives bookings, and supports guest events and promotions. Working closely with the leadership team and Revenue Manager, you will help grow our brand, enhance the guest experience, and keep our parks top-of-mind holiday destinations.

About the Role
Your role will include:
* Managing marketing campaigns across social media, EDMs and digital channels
* Creating engaging content including social media posts, photography and video
* Managing park websites and online listings to ensure content remains current and appealing
* Supporting promotional campaigns and accommodation packages to drive bookings
* Coordinating school holiday programs, park events and guest activities
* Developing relationships with tourism organisations, media and industry partners
* Monitoring marketing performance including website traffic, campaign results and social engagement
* Supporting brand development and ensuring consistency across both parks
About You
We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about tourism and hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in marketing, digital media or communications (tourism or hospitality experience highly regarded)
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* A creative mindset and enthusiasm for building engaging campaigns
* Confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers
* Strong computer and digital skills
A positive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for delivering great guest experiences will be key to success in this role.
