This position oversees the production quality, ensuring that all products meet the required standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing on-site production, testing, and batch release
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications
* Reviewing lab results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes
* Mentoring and upskilling site staff to enhance their technical capabilities
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in horticulture, agronomy, agriculture, or FMCG production environments, with a focus on process and quality management.

* Proven experience in production management, preferably in a similar industry
