Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Part Time Pastry Demi Chef to join our busy Pastry Culinary team producing baked good and desserts for the buffet, a la carte, banquets, high teas and special amenities for VIP guests and special events.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
 * Prior experience in a large, fast-paced kitchen environment
 * Knowledge and experience in pastry desserts, buffets and chocolate work is essential.
 * A passion for producing high quality desserts that delight our guests
 * Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance multiple tasks
 * Must also be available to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
 * High level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence
