Your Opportunity
Maintaining a professional presentation and approach as a Production Team Leader involves providing support and assistance to the Production department across all facets of the business, ensuring that all administration and support maintain a consistently
high standard. The role requires close collaboration with the Senior Production Manager to guide the production department
toward achieving key business targets and the team's KPIs. This includes raising Purchase Orders in our system and ensuring
adherence to the KPI expectations of those orders in terms of timeliness, completeness, quality, and accuracy, while meeting the
company's DIFOT metrics. Support the Senior Production Coordinator in all business reporting and management requirements.
* Coordinate your production team's workflow and provide hands-on support for purchase order creation, ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system, including schedules, prices, and item updates.
* Conduct regular accuracy audits of all purchase orders, barcode files, invoices and all reports generated by the team
* Ensure the team meets weekly KPIs and identify if any bottlenecks
* Futura ERM system management, ensuring the Senior Production Coordinator & Production Coordinators take timely actions on all the updates.
* Onboard, manage and develop new suppliers
* Solve problems and escalate to the Senior Production Manager promptly
* Oversee product shipments from origin to all our warehouses in collaboration with the Logistics team
* Weekly reporting
* Manage and audit invoicing and tracking payments, handle credit claims for variances and ex-factory failures
* Identify and resolve delays that could impact DIFOT targets
* Follow up & report on late lines and the reasoning behind them
* Ensure HS codes and tariffs are applied correctly to each product to minimise import delays.
* Manage and train the team to provide accurate weight data, images, and translations to alleviate reasons for stock being held up.
* Track and report supplier quality performance to the Senior Production Manager and Head of Product
* Collaborate with China QC team to uphold quality standards
* Shipping sample management for all the other warehouses (territories)
We Are Looking For The Below Skillset And Experience
* Relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Business, Production and/or Quality Control, with proven 3-5 years of experience
* Strong oral & written communication at all levels
* Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, OneNote & Outlook and to develop skills on Futura
* Team player with leadership qualities for everyday "best on ground" administration skills and accountability
* Openness/willingness to embrace a global operation.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Desire to drive & enhance daily operations tasks
* The ability to anticipate what may be required
* Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
* Ability to work to deadlines and effectively multitask
* Ability to delegate and empower team members
