About the Role
The Clinical Project Manager, Geriatric Outreach Service is a senior role that leads and manages state-wide strategic projects and reform initiatives related to aged care and disability programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex projects relevant to the development and implementation of the Geriatric Outreach Service with Local Health Networks (LHN)
* Provide specialist advice to Department for Health and Wellbeing, SA Government and non-Government agencies as required
* Contribute as an integral team member of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate of Department for Health and Wellbeing
