A seasoned professional is sought to lead the facilitator team in delivering a high-quality service. As Facilitator Director, you will work collaboratively with government departments to ensure disability inclusion reform achieves its aims and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and quality assure the facilitator team to deliver exceptional results.
* Collaborate with government departments to ensure the integrity of the profile process and enhance stakeholder engagement.
* Proactively identify emerging opportunities, improvements, and enhancements relevant to the delivery of a high-quality facilitator service.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree qualified teacher with experience in inclusion or specialist education.
* 10+ years of experience working in/with schools, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
* Natural leader with exceptional written communication skills and ability to develop high-quality materials.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, students, and government officials.
* Initiative-taking professional with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria and the systems in place to support it.
